Hello community!

My name is Alexa Alley and I am a Program Manager for our incredible PagerDuty Community. I joined the team in November 2019 and it’s been awesome to see the involvement and excitement that’s been happening here so far. I am looking forward to building out new ways to engage and interact with our customers, employees, and people who just love PagerDuty!

Before joining PagerDuty I’ve worked in Customer Success and Program Management at technology companies, like Salesforce, Chef Software, and Amazon. In those roles I’ve been able to see how a strong community can help build a brand, and create friendships all across the world. I can’t wait to roll out some new programs that will foster PagerDuty bonds globally.

Outside of work, you can find me playing with my Chocolate labrador and faithful sidekick Chewie (like Chewbacca), planning my next overseas adventure with my partner Pauly, exploring the outdoors in Seattle, working on finding and crafting the best bourbon cocktail, or working on house projects.
